My carpet and area rugs look new! And the texture is soft! The heavily trafficked area, as well as old stains from dog accidents, are completely gone! I would never have guessed that my 16 year old carpet would look like the day it was installed. (Previous companies did not come close to Zerorez).
I would score higher than 10 for the professional service provided by the two technicians in my home…the process from start to finish exceeded my expectations, beginning w/the online scheduling to the prompt arrival time. I have already recommended you to a neighbor who was thinking about buying new carpet 😊

I liked the service I got from Aaron when he came to clean the carpets. He was bright and personable, did a great job for me and was efficient and thorough. I had also spoken with someone on the phone a day or two before my service. I think his name was Blaze or something like that, and he was upbeat and helpful as well.
Price was a little higher than Stanley Steamer, but I felt it was worth it.
When I requested an appointment (on-line), it would have been helpful to get an email confirmation with the date, time frame, and details of what I had requested, especially since it was several weeks before the appointment. Long lead times could have been an issue, if I had needed service sooner than I was able to get an appointment.
The technician was extremely nice and worked hard to do a good job on our carpets. Everything looks great!
The person doing the work tries to please you. Takes his time and talks to you and explains things. I referred you to a neighbor. Have had Zerorex as long as I had a carpet cleaner.
