Setting an appointment was easy. The sales representative listened to my concerns and offered Sergenian's customer discount on cleaning our 1.5-year-old bound carpet. The service person called before arriving, agreed to our "unconventional" plan--moving the rug to our condo building's underground parking area, putting down our plastic tarp, cleaning the rug, returning it to our unit, then placing it on our porch where it dried overnight. This process avoided any possible damage to cork floors throughout our unit. All this was done with great cheer, care, and efficiency.

Your reps are always really courteous and skilled. However, your office failed to call me this last time to let me know that all reps were running late due to some scheduling issues. And when I called the office, I only got the answering service. Although I left a message, no one from the office ever called me back to explain or apologize. I think this is very rude.

Austin was very nice and did a good job but still have some spots on the stair carpet. It’s good quality and about 3 yrs old.. my husband drips coffe on it. Thinking it Should have come out.
