I'm pleased with the quality of the work done. The recliners have been cleaned several times, once by a different carpet cleaning company, and they never looked clean. Zerorez did it. They look much better.

I give credit to the technician (can't remember his name) for the clean recliners. But, I especially appreciate how the technician advised against cleaning my living room furniture, saying his cleaning it would not get the result I wanted. Wow, an ethical businessman!
