We have always had excellent technicians and excellent results. I was surprised, however, at how damp (wet) the carpet was. I don't remember the carpets being this damp any other time we had Zerorez out. We had windows open and fans blowing, and after 6 hours, I still did not feel comfortable moving furniture back (especially any with metal stands or feet). The next morning, I turned on the heat and set it pretty high, and left the fans blowing. After we got back from Church, the carpet felt the way I would have expected the previous night. Thanks.
