He asked us to look at the work and wanted to make sure we were happy with how things looked. We have had Stanley Steemer previously at our home, but have not been happy with them at all. Considering the age of our carpet, we were impressed with how it looked when he finished the job. The technician was very knowledgeable and described why some stains didn't come out, such as coffee. He was also prompt and very courteous.

James was wonderful. On a scale of 1-10, he's a 15! We are very pleased with the results and will have you back again.

I appreciate his honesty about cost, since one area was larger than a regular room and others were not full rooms. He also got out a stain and worked around me while I worked in the den. He was early and called to make sure it was ok to be there early.

The only thing I want to say that I thought was interesting. He put booties on to not get our floor dirty but then forgot to take them off when he went outside and came back in...sort of defeats the purpose of the booties.

He still did a nice job and appreciate his work.

Technician was thorough and efficient in his work. I like that your technicians wear booties in the house, however it defeats the purpose if they are worn outside too. Our technician wore the booties out to his van multiple times and then back inside the house. It was raining so he brought the moisture back in onto our hard floors. The booties are only great if worn appropriately.

Fast. Carpet definitely looked brighter even though wasn't very dirty.
