I like that it’s so easy to schedule an appointment with Zerorez online. Our technician, Austin L, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a great job explaining things and told us that we could have something applied after the carpet was cleaned that would help protect and extend the life of the carpet, which was great. (Similar to Scotch-Guard) The carpets are clean and look great. Very pleased and definitely recommend!
Did an amazing job cleaning the duct work that was full of pet hair and some pet food!!! Air quality much better. Technician was prompt and courteous.

About a half hour before my scheduled time I received a call from Aaron to confirm my appointment was on time. When they arrived they were very polite and told me everything they were going to do. Did a excellent job and my carpets turned out awesome. I love how easy everything went. I'm having them back the end of the month to do my whole basement. Thanks Arron and Sam.

The technicians are amazing, the product leaves no residue or smells. Aaron was very effective and efficient, and offered good advice. He got rid of a pet stain for us. This is my 4th time using Zerorez and I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Zerorez provides an excellent service. We started using them last year for our carpet cleaning and they have done an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and providing guidance on how to take care of the carpet to extend the life. This last time we also added on the Scotchguard which should provide some extra protection on our clean carpet. The same individual has cleaned our carpets the last couple of times and he's really friendly, professional and does a great job. In fact, I'm going to explore some of the other services Zerorez provides like the duct cleaning and tile grout.
I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment on their website. You can usually secure an appointment pretty quickly and the appointment itself doesn't take long. It's a pretty efficient process.

The technician took the effort and time to fully clean an old filthy loveseat. It started out as a dark brown; but once he cleaned it the original light brown color could be seen! The carpets look as clean as new! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time I've hired Zerorez and both times I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning.
