My carpet looked great and the lady I talked with on the phone was helpful. The man who cleaned our carpets was super kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. His name is John.

For years we have heard about ZEROREZ on Devil Radio 92.7. Then friends of ours hired ZEROREZ to clean their carpets and were very pleased with the outcome. When our carpets needed their spring cleaning, we hired ZEROREZ. James was our technician. He explained everything that he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He also told us some things about the effects of dirt on our carpets about which we had no idea. He worked efficiently and finished in a little over an hour. He was respectful of our property and entirely courteous to us. When he was done, he asked if we had any questions, which he competently answered. The next morning we vacuumed the cleaned areas and put furniture back in its place. The carpets look great! Thank you, James and ZEROREZ for a job well done!!
