I love having my carpets cleaned by Zerorez because my carpet always looks spotless. Also, knowing that I am not putting toxins into my carpet keeps me coming back. The tech was very friendly and let me know if I needed anything to just call. Once the floors dried I did see a few spots that needed to be touched up. I had someone out within days to remove the spots! Thank you so much!

He took the time to show me a black light before and after of a room and explained the treatment that was being applied to our carpet. I was highly satisfied with my experience.
