I like Jeff, and the staff. They are willing to help. lots of questions, plenty of answers. I bought up on the bike I wanted, due to the staff. I came in with a idea, long list of wants; it went over two months as I worked with other bike manufactures. In the end after plenty of hours working through the issue, Jeff kept working with me; in the end I had made my mind up before but it was nice to have him with me.
My wife and I have had good service from the products we purchased. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

two different staffers helped me on multiple visits before I decided on a used bike, no high pressure to "buy new", they showed me multiple models and were helpful with assisting me on whether to tune up my 30+yr MTB, or get something else that was better for 'old dude rail trail stuff' and dirt roads up at my cabin

Great service for intake, explanation of potential repairs and timely repair completion. Work done appears well done with good function of my refurbished suspension fork. Crew is great at helping with incidental questions/advice as well. Have never had to return a repair that Leif has done-always completed correctly.
