Paul was a great guide. Picked us up at our villa right on schedule, took us down some beautiful trails that were just the right level of difficulty. The bikes were really nice as well. Definitely a must do for anyone up for a great morning exercise!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were able to test ride the bikes and really liked that we were able to do that. Unfortunately we ended up not buying the bikes. They gave us a refund without any problems. They are a great group of people.

this is genuinely a great bike shop. they have an att tee tude of grah tee tude. they dont act elitist like you don't know what you ate talking about. they respect your ideas but respectfully solve the problem. 5 out of 5 star. definitely recommend.

The bike mechanic did an outstanding job tuning up my grandson's bike for BMX racing! I would like to recommend a raise and bonus for him. Losing such a valuable employee would be a great loss, as he is a key reason we choose to shop at your store.

Never let down when I go inside a Trek Shop! Chad took care of writing up my request without any issues. I was so excited when I picked up my bike with new tubeless tires and shiny new bar tape. Also felt welcoming with the discussions about group rides and finding community in the area. Thanks y'all!

Superb service. I bought a Shimano chain in January this year , installed it , ran fine for a couple of months and then started coming off at the main crank . Made several adjustments on my own but couldn’t find the problem so I took it to the Trek Store in Wellington. Turns out it was a bad chain , to my surprise they replaced it at no cost. Will not hesitate to have my bike fixed again there.
