Love the atmosphere, staff, clean private rooms, and the IR heat + red light is far better in all ways than a traditional sauna. Only complaint is that the way most the rooms are set up, the IR bars are positioned right in the way of the TVs if you are laying down so you can’t even watch TV either way you lay down as they are always right in the way.
It’s a very relaxing, spa like experience. Customer service is top tier. I really like how the shower is in the same private room as the sauna.

Everything is clean! The rooms are bright which is relaxing for me. I like the different colors in the sauna- they make a difference. The heat isn’t stifling and there is a good amount of airflow in sauna.

Each sauna is so clean and the aesthetics are very relaxing. The saunas are very easy to use and understand. The friendly staff make sure that everything you need is ready to go when you walk in the door. I recommend PERSPIRE sauna to everyone I know, and several have joined.
