Camryn did my facial she was so detailed about products and services. I did an upgrade which was better for my skin. Thanks to her knowledge.
Victoria did my pedi and she was absolutely amazing. She could sense she loved what she was doing. Also, I met Ms. Brenda she was so delightful for conversation.

I love the welcoming warm environment but what makes this place my favourite to practice yoga are the teachers. They are knowledgeable and so helpful in helping me find my peace while moving my body and mind in a way that is challenging yet calming.
Madi is top notch. She listens and cares about you, but pushes you when you need it.

My coach Seung is great to work with. He tailors my program to fit my fitness level and my training goals, and he tries to add new program or new exercise for me to try every couple of weeks so the training is not only effective but fun for me. I also really like that he reminds me which muscle group(s) we are working on with respect to each exercise. He is also easy to talk to, so I really enjoy working with him.

Every aspect is great, the staff are very pleasant always. The gym has fabulous equipment and very clean. Ladies showers are of a hotel spa standard.
I'm not working full time for the first time ever (!) and I am experimenting with wellness activities. I got an IG ad for a discounted trial session and making the appointment online was really easy. The location is in Delray Marketplace but not in one of the center storefronts so there is a little parking lot right outside. Tatiana told me all the important information about how to enjoy my session the most. The sauna itself was fantastic - I loved how it felt, and I was definitely sweaty when I left! I also tried the snø shower and I want to try to stay in longer next time. I bought a four-pack and will be back, and told my fitness friends what a pleasant experience it was. They'll be adding salt therapy soon so I look forward to that as well. Cheers!
The Ghambir office is a welcoming environment from the receptionists to the assistants to the practitioners. They care about the results of the services you receive and ensure that your needs are met! They listen.
