I really enjoyed my first session. From the friendly and professional staff to the cleanliness of the facility. Joe Consolino showed me around the studio and explained everything with detail. I was very comfortable in the sauna and liked that I had control of the temperature and lights. The tv was an added bonus. I can’t wait to book my next session now that I became a member!

The place is clean and very organized, I feel good training there, and it has spacious bathrooms and showers.
This is a fantastic woodshop. I've enjoyed the work shops very much, I like the vibe of the folks who work here. It's friendly, welcoming, helpful - you don't feel like an idiot for asking a question because everyone wants us all to be safe. I'd absolutely recommend it.
