Location is great as I live in Seven Bridges. I love that I can just pop in and out and be home in 5 mins. Your staff is always gracious and the rooms are clean and I love that the settings are all set when I get there. I love everything about the sauna! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The saunas are clean and always ready when I arrive. My favorite part about Perspire is the the red light itherapy and especially the convenience of showers after my session! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
