One of the best hot classes I have been to in a long time! Natasha's class was strong, good paced, very hot and worked all of my most challenging muscle areas. I would certainly like to see such a professionalism in class prep and breath work all the time:)
All of the trainers listen to you - what is working and what is not working. They are very focused on form and ensuring every movement is correct to eliminate risk for injury.
