A Touch of Serenity is a beautiful spa and the staff is lovely. I had a very relaxing facial that helped a lot with stubborn acne. The esthetician was very accommodating and listened when I communicated my skin concerns. I will definitely be going back.

Love the calming atmosphere, helpful staff, and the cold plunge showers! I ALWAYS feel a million times better walking out than I did when I walked in. I feel a huge difference in my body when I go regularly. Also really like the LMNT electrolyte products for sale.

Felt amazing afterwards! Love the tv to make time go by fast. The eucalyptus towel after was super refreshing. Loved the refreshing and renewed feel all day.

Sweet and lovely front desk worker. I love the cold eucalyptus towel and the private sauna suite is just incredible! Basically whatever you want to watch on the TV, customizable relaxation, a cold plunge and shower to rinse off. It is a true little zen moment and a perfect way to spend a post-workout or just a nice day off.

In addition to the beautiful, courteous front office staff, the instructors are at the top of their game, they motivate at every level. Classes are fun and are fierce, effective workouts. 🫶🏽💪🏽 I'll never go back to the gym.💕
