So far this place had maintained cleanliness which is very good and the people working are pleasant and friendly. Although I have a few suggestions to make, one is for the establishment to remind their clients to observe minimal noise. I was standing at the reception area and for almost 10 minutes I was listening to a loud voice from the back room, that turned out to be a client on his cell phone. I really thought that it was some kind of training class going on. I made a comment about it to the clerk and she said she will speak to management about it. And second, although minor, most of the remote controls need to be fixed.

The welcoming atmosphere is wonderful. While there are some subtle differences among the staff members, they are all supportive and encouraging and working from the same information and, while they do have different personalities (which makes it interesting), who it is that is pushing me doesn't make any difference to my workout. Thanks to all the staff.

Sophie, Keaton and Ricky are the best! Each workout is customized for you and works your whole body! I've always been active and consistent with cardio but intimated by strength training! Now I love it - I can't believe the improvements in my strength and the difference in the way I look with just 2 30 minute sessions a week! Love this place and highly recommend!
