And the big plus: My daughter has increased her swimming skills in a such short period of time, I'm really impressed and happy to see her progress!!
Love our instructors that take care to get to know my kid. He is getting to his last few sessions at level 1 and they have been great about adapting some skills he is excelling in so we can prepare for level 2. I can see the growth in my son's skills from when we started classes to now and he continues to make progress every week!

The supervisor Sammy manages well with instructors and nice welcoming front desk stuffs. Another great thing is some stuffs are bilingual and they could handle some language to communicate. My daughter has been swimming here for 3 years but she is enjoying the swimming now the best!
Coach Alexis has been wonderful. My son has gone from tears on his first day to Monday being his favorite day because of his swim lessons. It’s been wonderful to see his confidence increase.
The coaches - Ethan and Branko - and front counter staff are fabulous. My kids love going. They're excited to learn to swim and the feedback from the coaches after lessons is always helpful.

The coach for our daughter is excellent and gives lots of positive feedback and guidance towards her growth and confidence in swimming. We are always greeted with a smile and the general ambiance and vibe of the school is welcoming. There is flexiblity towards attendance and make up classes issued for not being able to make any of your weekly classes.

Our daughter has progressed more in 5 weeks then she had over 9 months through a city run program. Tots has such a great program and we are so happy to see our daughter progress so quickly, but most importantly she LOVES it!

My kids love their instructor who is Angelina . She is really good and professional . My kids have been with over a year . I could see their swimming and survival skills that are improving . Thank you so much for her patient and time. I also say thank you so much for the front desk staffs who are very friendly and solved my concerns very professional.
The experience varies greatly dependeing on instructor, and this increases the chances of there being an instructor that can work for everyone. I was initially disappointed that Coach Gabby was not able to teach our regular class anymore due to her schedule (she's great! best of luck to her HS endeavors), but I am happy with classes with Coach Christian.
Coach Christian has a teaching style that differs the most compared to other instructors because more feedback is provided during the class, as opposed to how other instructors generally just provide feedback at the end of class. Receiving feedback during class is useful and allows for faster improvements. (I bet Coach Christian would be a great swim team coach!) I could see how this instruction style could overwhelm some participants or why some participants would prefer a more bubbly personality, but personally, this is more in line with what I would like to accomplish with my toddler. Coach Christian also gives tips that I have not heard from other instructors, such as having toddler hold onto a ring during back floats.
I also like that I do not HAVE to download an app and can text to make schedule changes. There's an app for everything nowadays, and I'm tired of it. I appreciate the human communication via text.
It is easy to cancel a class and accrue makeup lessons without worrying about expiration. The flexibility is great.
Everyone is very patience with my hyper active 7 year old.
