The only constructive feedback I have is that I don’t love when there’s such a big turnover with instructors as it takes awhile for them to get to know my swimmers. But we also understand.

I like the flexibility of the classes and the option to make up a class if you have to miss one. That staff is kind and very knowledgeable.
Love our teacher Christina!! She is great with the little ones and makes the class so fun and pleasant to come to.
The over all experience and service provided by the staff and the manager is excellent. The manager walks around during every class and makes sure every student is having the best experience. Helps also helps the parents with class reassignments as needed and is absolutely patient, caring and supportive. Absolutely a delight to work with and my kids love the experience and environment he and his team have created
The small classes have been great for my kids. They have done well with the smaller classes. They needed more personal attention.
Kristin is absolutely incredible! She does a great job with helping to push little ones inside of a boundary they feel safe in to help them continue to further learn how to swim.
Sam is a wonderful coach. She has a talent for meeting students where they are while also instilling confidence in their abilities to do more.
Ms Lisa is an AMAZING instructor, my child is safe in a pool thanks to her.

All the instructors are great. I just feel like we’ve been on the same level since November 2024.The instructor hasn’t really told my son what the delay is from going to the next level. We do the same thing almost every week. He need to tell my son what he needs to work on.
I can see great progress in my granddaughters swimming skills in just 3 lessons. I am so proud of her and her instructors.
Everyone we encounter is very kind to our children. Both our children have enjoyed each teacher they have had . Everyone is very professional and great customer service. Most of all everyone is very friendly.
We really enjoyed our trial session with the teacher; however, the second session was not as great. Also, we were told that the charge would be made on the same day of our class, but instead it was processed the week before on a card we had left only for the record.
Instructors
Our three sons learn and improve their swim skills every session. They’re becoming confident swimmers. The instructors are patient and competent. And Ms. Anna is a joy to work with; she consistently goes above and beyond to serve our families.

I just wish they would have mats on the hallways on the lockers cuz it gets wet pretty easily y and fast; my kids fell during change of clothes because it was wet and slippery
I like the location, because there is a lot of space all around the building; and the area where Swimsafe is located is not crowded, and area appears fairly safe. Plus the ladies that come to swim and use the locker room and shower, they appear decent and are respectful.
We've been going to SafeSplash MTN View for over two years now and we love the extra care that Marlon provides to both our kids. While some of the other instructors are seasonal and have varying degrees of experience which led to some challenges for us, Marlon has addressed this personally and the current team including Sebastian, Elena, and Junior are amazing! This contrasts with our experience at the Fremont/Sunnyvale site which has been more inconsistent with its care and responsive for us as we initially tried to find accomodation through Alex the onsite manager. There was inconsistency between what the corporate call center tried to help schedule for us about five times vs what Alex said and then eventually stopped responding altogether to our inquiries for availability for our youngest child. We are grateful that Marlon helped create availability for us in MTN View after hearing about our challenges at Fremont/Sunnyvale.

We have loved our experience with SafeSplash! My daughter went from freaking out at the sight of a pool to absolutely being thrilled every Friday for lessons with Maddy. I am so impressed with her growth in just a few months!
The swim teachers and staff are great, my kiddo loves going there and he is making progress fast.
