We love how warm and welcoming it is every time we come in. The staff knows us by name, and always has time to take a second to get on his level and give a personal moment to ask how their week was or what his plans are to come. Its nice to always know Brian make Logan feel comfortable and confident in the water as well. Thank you all for all you for our kids and keeping them safe.

We are in Miss Christy's Monday 6:30pm class at 68th and Mingo. She is kind, attentive, and brings incredible energy to her classes that make the experience so much fun. Despite having 6 students she manages to give each child individual attention and tailored instructions to meet that child's skill level. We can't wait for our next class.

However they should be giving more swim time as many come there to learn and don’t have pools. It should be more more focused with more time to swim.
Ms. Abigail is the best! Just the right amount of balance between trust (allowing student to push themselves and try new skills) and safety (and also keeping focused on lesson plan).
Great instructors and staff, easy scheduling
We are so happy to be a part of the SafeSplash SwimLabs Springhurst community. The coaches are kind and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and well maintained. We are so thrilled with the focus on water safety and building a strong swimming foundation for our toddler. Our 3 year old has become so much more comfortable in the water over the past year we have been with SafeSplash. We are so proud of him.
We have been going for about a year now. We just came back from a trip to the beach and both my kids that take lessons were very confident in the water, even on days the waves were strong. The instructors have done a great job increasing their skills and confidence in water.
My kids have gotten very confident in the pool and the instructors have been understanding and done well even on days that they are not in the best mood or perfect mindset for class. The instructors know when to meet them where they are.
At the beginning of the spring when we started, my son could swim a little, now, in n July, he’s leveling up and swimming g all over the place. Still working on floating and treading water but I’m very pleased with his progress.
My son advanced well in the private lesson. Clean facility and friendly staff!

We have had a great experience with Aqua Kids! My child was scared to get in the water prior to starting classes, and now she can’t wait to jump in the pool!

Teacher lessons seem consistent and they always run on schedule. I like the periodic skills forms to keep us updated on our son’s progress.
All of the instructors were great. We finally had a breakthrough and the teachers were all very patient with my child’s initial fear of going underwater. She is now doing great!

Our experience with Shayna has been nothing short of excellent! She is so wonderful with our toddler; communicative, sweet, understanding, and very knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate the weekly updates on progress and areas for continued practice. Our experience with substitute instructors and the front desk staff at Safe Splash has also been consistently superb! Everyone is extremely welcoming and truly cares about our kids.
We really like that the classes are small so the kids get more attention and practice. The instructors are very patient and make it a fun learning environment!

The instructors are absolutely kind ,fun Wonderful and talented, They make all children feel confident,by giving clear direction and praise ,along with shouting their accomplishments.i do wish they would be slightly more rigid in teaching new things a little faster, and I wish sessions were at least 45 min long each. However I absolutely adore all the instructors,I love the diversity among the staff and minority safe environment that the children are exposed to. Overall fantastic team members and they should all get a huge pay bumps
Parents and kids alike are made to feel welcome and comfortable before beginning class. The facility is always clean, tidy, and staff is pleasant and ready to help. We love visiting SafeSplash!
