Daughter really enjoys her instructor
Everyone is friendly & makes you feel safe & welcomed. The staff is helpful & encouraging. There is an attitude of helping and caring for all ages. Their primary concern is your safety while teaching you to swim and responsibly enjoying the water. They make the whole learning experience fun while they are being respectful of all different abilities & skill levels. They are also conscientious of their environment. Even with lots of people in and out of their facility, it is always clean and safe. Many ‘Thanks’ to the whole team that makes this work so effectively & efficiently for everyone.

Awesome teachers
The Bristol location staff has been great with our son who has Autism, we opted to do the private swim and he’s done so well his instructor who has the most infinite amount of patience. We’ve also observed the other instructors with the other children and they do great on encouraging the kids to have fun at the same time as learning.
My kid loves it. That's the most important thing.
In just two months, we have clearly noticed the increase confidence and joy of swimming in Mackenzie. She's 5 years old and loves her swimming instructor Marissa M. Marissa is so great with her. We were able to easily transfer her from one site to another, the scheduling is so flexible and the scheduling team is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I am so happy and grateful to have found SafeSplash and recommend it to all parents - we are happy to see the different ages and stages of so many kids. Love the program, love the staff and the facilities are awesome!
How comfortable the instructor made my kid feel

Everyone is so nice and patient! My toddler was not a fan at first, but everyone welcomed him and his tears until he was comfortable! The front desk employees, managers, owners, and coaches are all so kind and want to be there!

Oliver has had a great experience taking swim classes. The 3 teachers he has worked with have all been great. I am amazed at how fast he has learned skills.

explaining progressions in our parent tot class!
The instructors take the time to ensure kids learn the techniques before moving on to another level. However the time is very limited to each kid when classes have 3 - 4 at a time which I think is not enough time being spent on each child for the price of the classes.
Great manager
I really like our swim instructor, Sarah. She is not only patient and fun, but also challenges my kids to do better each time. My kids look forward to swim lessons every week. As a parent, it's terrific to see my kids pushing themselves and having fun while learning an important life skill.
Friendly and clean facility, highly recommend!
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is nicely maintained and clean. Nichole the manager at the Rossford location is very responsive to any questions and concerns. My son loves going to classes there!

Swim instructors are very patient. She is amazing and always goes out of her way to accommodate any changes we need to make.
The atmosphere
Excellent
My 8 year old daughter is autistic and I was so afraid that she would act out. But the teachers and all the staff have been wonderful. Amelia loves going and is excelling all the time. We are so grateful to all of you. I just wished I started her there sooner
Safe Splash Swim School is excellent. My child has learned a lot there—they carefully observe every swimming technique, and the celebrations after moving up to the next level really motivate kids to keep improving their skills.
