All of the loaders and unloaders were vey professional, and treated our belongings with respect and care. They worked very hard with minimal breaks. They were pleasant, and we enjoyed them very much. We were happy that they put pads down throughout our home so that they were not walking on our newly cleaned rugs and floors.
The packers were good, but two of them did walk across our carpet with their shoes on even though the shoes had snow and dirt on them. The breakable dishes, etc. were packed well. One of the packers did overlook a few things in his haste. After the packers had left, I found two kitchen drawers that were not packed at all, and I had to pack them myself. There are still some items that we have not found.
You all were perfect. Communication was always clear, you handed us off seamlessly when needed, handled our timing requirements, and were always warmly professional. We never had a chance to doubt that we made the right choice, and we felt great about the value for the service. Congratulations and I hope

QMM were very organized and on top of every aspect my move. Even though it was over the Christmas Holidays I new that Brad was on was top of everything and I didn't need to worry about the move taking place December 27. The movers were polite and certainly knew what they were doing. Moving into my new place was a little tricky as there was a very narrow staircase but they took their time and got everything moved with no damage. They placed the items where I wanted and put everything back togeather.
They made paying the invoice easy with multiple on line options.
QMM actually made my move a pleasant experiance.

Excellent customer service and live video inventory prior to the move. No long paper forms to fill out. The moving price was actually lower than the original quote. The movers in both ends were awesome and quite careful with our stuff.

I used QMM to move from Alberta to Arizona. Their price was a little higher than other movers, but they had great communication the whole time, explained the process clearly and their quoted price was the final price. Excellent experience, especially with the people who packed our stuff in Grande Prairie . very efficient but still very friendly and considerate. The driver who delivered was also very efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Kept appointments and commitments in a friendly manner
We helped our daughter move from Toronto to Vancouver. The scariest part was choosing the right movers. There are so many horror stories about people being ripped off and all their stuff being lost, broken or ruined. After LOTS of research I chose QMM. They are amazing and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. The day the crew came to pick up my daughter's things, they took their time to wrap items that couldn't go into boxes and labelled everything with tags. I had weighed the boxes as I packed them so I had a decent idea of how much it all weighed. When I got the invoice with the weight from the weigh scales, it came in close to my estimate. When we got out west to help with the unpacking the guys showed up at 8:30 in the morning and quickly got everything off the truck. Because there were tags on every item we could check off each one as it came into the apartment and make sure nothing was left behind. All of it made it out and nothing was broke in any of the boxes. (Note: I packed all of it, but used a ton of bubble wrap and paper to pack items.) I would definitely use the company again and recommend it to others. Thanks so much guys for helping to make what was such a stressful time a lot easier and successful.

Very professional in packing our belongings and loading them in the truck. The truck travelled across Canada. Their unloading and unpacking was excellent. All were professional and made the move go smoothly.

The two crews with whom we dealt were friendly, careful, and efficient. However, some of our furniture seemed to have been handled roughly, presumably between the first truck and storage at the warehouse, and a rug and our sofa arrived with new dirty marks.
Many thanks to Brad, Lorraine, Tyler and team. We had a seamless move from Canmore, Alberta to Courtenay, BC on Vancouver Island. Brad gave a very accurate quote even though he only had our real estate listing to go on. Lorraine kept us updated regularly on scheduling dates and times - very responsive and supportive. Tyler, our van driver, organized a great team of movers and everyone came on time and worked hard. We had no damage and felt very comfortable with our whole move experience. We would highly recommend Quality Move Management as a very reputable and reliable moving company.
