Karl (Driver) was on time, communicative and kept us informed throughout the process from the time he showed up to the time he left our new home. Tara and Jennifer (sales / move coordinators) were also very responsive and provided us great tips on packing and setting the right expectations with us. The packers / loaders from our original home were all very hard working and amicable - very thoughtful and responsible for our belongings and took great care when moving everything to not damage our belongings or the walls / floors. The unloading team were very friendly, smiling, laughing, respectful and asked us repeatedly if there was anything that needed to be moved, or if there was anything else we could do!
All in all it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!
At every step, from getting a quote or evaluation, to the pickup, to the delivery... everyone was kind, understanding, polite, and worked quickly and efficiently.

Great service and scheduling. The movers were on time, took excellent care of furniture, boxes, and the interior of the house while carrying items up stairs and through hallways, etc. They were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend QMM!

As far as we could tell, there were 3 options for those moving across the border to Canada (besides diy). QMM price point and service fell squarely in the middle so it was an easy choice. We especially appreciated the moving day calls and the clear process explained by sales and our moving manager Amanda. Most importantly, the experience, and rapport with the border and related paperwork was a huge help.

The 2 men who came to my apartment to load up were very professional and personable.
Everything was loaded quickly, without issue.
The truck arrived at the final destination in PEI and the off loading was done equally well.

Brandon was literally the best! I was extremely nervous and stressed about my move and he did a fantastic job talking me through the process and taking care of my things. He was great with my dog and super communicative. I really enjoyed working with him and if he's still around when I move again, I'll definitely be asking for him!
Great service from planning to execution. Having same person ie Randy as person driving truck on both ends of cross country move was very helpful- despite delays I was kept informed. Slight disorganization on delivery at other end not unexpected and remedied- ie unloaded article destined for storage and had to deliver missed box later. No significant damage during move. Personable, reliable service
Your quote wasn’t the lowest, but from the very start Tara made us feel comfortable about a very complex move. This professionalism and friendliness continued with Manna and our driver, Brandon. A top notch organization with good people!
Totally professional from day 1 to completion. Packers/loaders took great care to protect the property whilst at the same time protected the items being moved, packed them carefully and efficiently and loaded them on the truck so that they were kept safe during the journey. They also engaged in friendly conversation with us, explaining their processes and keeping us advised
They delivered on time at the destination, taking care of all border control requirements and the crew that unloaded were as top notch as the crew that loaded in the first place.
No breakages or losses and all items dismantled by them were reassembled where required in the destination property.

Everything was smooth and professional- from our Co-ordinator Manna to our moving crew of Jami and Mike. Our moving crew was great! We had no breakage due to them. They were quick and efficient, and friendly to boot! We highly recommend this team!!
We were happy with the overall performance of the team. Tara was excellent at approximating our load. Manna was good at keeping us up to date on dates. The packing team was awesome, Nick our driver, Mark, Lester and Chester! The labour that Nick had to use in Regina was not as good or careful as the load team. Nick and Lester were amazing! The only thing I wish we had of known was to carefully look at things as they were coming in the house. Quite a few things were not where the boxes were labeled which meant we thought they were missing. At the end we were asked to walk around and make sure everything was ok but when you have 150 boxes it’s very hard to know if everything is there.

Had a great experience overall. Brad was great and always answered all my questions. Manna was friendly and provided me updated info. The movers were awesome guys, very friendly and careful with all my belongings. They are hard workers and were very patient and always kind if I had questions. If/when I move again I would not hesitate to use QMM and would love to have the same guys doing my move. A huge thank you to them, so appreciated!!
Everyone on the team provided excellent service that exceeded our expectations. Tara Schneider, Amanda LaBrie, and Curtis were professional, timely, and highly knowledgeable about every aspect of our move. The entire team ensured that all necessary paperwork was prepared and provided, making our transition at the border smooth and stress-free.
