Fantastic moving experience! Would definitely use them again. The guys were on time and called me 30 minutes before they arrived. I was in charged of marking off each box number that came off the truck and they took great care in helping make sure everything looked good before they took off.
I have a good experience with QMM done with a long distance move, they are perfessional and I will choose QMM again.
From our first contact with Tara for our move estimate we felt we were in good hands. Tara was quick to get our quote, accurate, and equally as professional and responsive to coordinate all of our moving needs. We loved working with Jeff and Nancy our movers and the rest of Jeff's moving crew. Making a cross country move from St.John's to Calgary is no easy task, but we didn't have to worry at all about our belongings. Jeff and Nancy take care of your belongings like they are their own. All of our possessions arrived in a reasonable time and in good condition. We will call QMM first if we ever need to move again.

Although it was 2 weeks prior to our move we received a confirmation of a move date, all went smoothly and the move from Ontario to New Brunswick was completed within 4 days! They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion.
Everyone I dealt with on this move was helpful and cooperative. I appreciated being able to reach out to a specific point of contact who triaged problems and followed up.
Our moving experience was exceptional. Gord and his team were extremely accommodating and responsive to our questions. They were fast, cautious, and did a fantastic job. Thanks to them for making our moving experience so easy. I had some issues with reaching out to our coordinator for some urgent questions on the weekend. Just as feedback, I'd have appreciated being able to have someone to reach out to outside of office hours. I'd recommend your service to anyone I know for their move.
The movers in Toronto and Halifax were fantastic. They explained every step, were thoughtful about keeping the houses clean and very friendly. Everything made it without any damage. Thank you.
Ours was a cross border move which could cause anxiety but QMM has the experience to answer all my many questions and make it all go smoothly. Any kind of move can be stressful but the QMM development coordinator and also the move manager who were on top of our particular situation and available by phone made all the difference. QMM's local contacts who did the packing and the driver who carried our goods and delivered them just as expected were also top notch. The development coordinator offered to reestimate our move after I told him I felt we had less to move than the first time he figured it. His doing so saved us several hundred dollars. QMM deserves its high ratings,having earned it through many trouble free moves like my own. We have moved 8 times and this was right up there as one of our best.

Everything was great from start to finish. I had to organise to move my elderly father from one city to another, remotely from a third location - during a pandemic. And it couldn’t have gone better. Highest recommendation for the company and everyone we dealt with through the whole process.

Tara Schneider provided professional and cheerful service throughout the process of moving our furniture from Edmonton to the U. S. She provided clear information about the steps in the move, the paperwork involved and the billing options. Any of our questions were answered promptly and her pleasant manner made the conversations easy.

The furniture did arrive 10 days later than the outside date estimated but we do not know if this involves your carrier or another one in the States. There were a few emails that indicated some confusion about the location of our goods but Tara was able to clarify that for us.
The team that unloaded and assembled the furniture was very careful and efficient. We were very happy with the care they took with the furniture.
Sam, he driver was awesome! The loading crew in Maple Ridge were great. Sam got the trailer load right up to the new house down a real narrow driveway. The unloading crew were short handed for part of the day, and Sam pitched in and probably unloaded half the stuff himself.
Every person and every interaction was professional and polite. Only area for improvement is getting your invoices out. Invoice came after goods were delivered and only after I inquired about it. It said due before goods are delivered but came in days after they were delivered. Now I am traveling so will pay it next week.
Movers arrived on time and were very prepared with their equipment and paperwork. Zoltan and Niya were most pleasant and super efficient at what they were doing. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. I was super pleased when they told me that they would actually be delivering my things to me in Vancouver as well. Zoltan was kind enough to call me when he was in his way and arrived as scheduled. Once again, they were both extra careful delivering my things. Runners were laid on the floor to protect carpeting. Items checked off the list as they entered the house and were placed in the required rooms. If I were to require moving service again I would not hesitate to contact QMM. I might even be so bold as to schedule my move around the availability of Zoltan and Niya. They are one terrific team!
Our move from Sherwood Park to our new home on Osoyoos Lake went very smoothly at both ends. The movers (Jay, Shannon, Dino, and Dan) were very organized and took the necessary steps to protect our floors and household belongings including our large screen TV, large clock, kayaks, and golf cart.

Our only observation is that we wish we had more information about when our F&E was going to leave Sherwood Park. That way we could have planned better in order to have had a door to door move.

Everything was done professionally and timely.
The moving teams were friendly and very cautious with all of my belongings. You might think its pricy to do business with them but you pay for quality no doubt there. No hidden fees everything is up front on your bill. I would recommend these guys any day what a great experience.
