I had an expectation in my head and it was blown away by the actual level of service and professionalism, both of the team that show up to load/unload and the quote and prep work ahead of time. Communication was thorough, detailed, and quick. The onsite team did a spectacular job in prepping my belongings and wrapping everything possible and loaded it with care also ensuring that if I had any questions throughout any of the process they took the time to answer them. Trevor was the man in charge of the team and he is an exceptional leader, providing guidance where necessary without being a 'boss'.
I recently had the pleasure of using Allied for my move from Kelowna to Calgary. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The booking process was straightforward, with clear communication and prompt responses to my questions. On moving day, the team arrived on time and immediately impressed me with their professionalism and efficiency. They handled my belongings with the utmost care, expertly packing and securing everything for transport. Fragile items were meticulously wrapped, and larger furniture was disassembled and reassembled seamlessly. The movers were not only skilled but also incredibly courteous and friendly, making a stressful day much more manageable. They worked quickly yet carefully, ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move.

Excellent service! We moved from Ontario to British Columbia. After 41 years in our house it was a daunting task but QMM was so helpful. From initial contact to final drop off they provided great communication, advice and professional service. They arrived on time to load and showed great respect for our possessions. We were given a range of dates for final delivery which is understandable for a cross country move and we could track the progress. They arrived in the range of time and communicated the date and time of delivery when they were in British Columbia so again great communication. The unloading was slowed by a malfunction of the condo freight elevator but the crew work through it with patience and again great care for our possessions. Finally the price they initially quoted and final invoice was within $100 so you can rely on the quote accuracy.

My experience from the moment I first reached out for a quote, to the movers arriving across the country with our household goods was very smooth and pleasant! The move was overall excellent. The customer service and sales team were top notch always checking on me and accommodating any circumstances. The movers were efficient and quick and arrived earlier than I expected. I would recommend the service to anyone looking to move and will use them again should I need to relocate once more.
From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with QMM. I had all of my questions or concerns answered promptly, my things arrived and looked like they hadn't even been touched, and the movers that came to take my things and unpack them at my new location were friendly, professional and efficient. I only wish I had known to weigh boxes as I went along
- it might have reduced what i took and avoid extra weight over the quote.
Karl was efficient, thorough and a great leader of his teams at both ends of the move.
Excellent and friendly service with Kyle and Rob.
However, after unpacking all boxes, we seem to be missing a few items such as 12in. x 48in. wall mirror, Dish draining tray, 2 Shower Rods, and a bag of Art Canvasses.
No need for you to worry, these were not expensive items and easily replaceable.

Everything went smoothly with my move from Edmonton to Toronto and they were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Schedules were kept and my furniture all arrived without any damage. Highly recommended.

Calvin and his team were great. I also loved that the quote was fixed with no surprises. Tara was a great touch point throughout the process. One thing to watch is that my online quote request was never picked up on your end. So you may be missing business that way. I called in to follow up on the quote
