From the first contact, QMM was very professional and asked a lot of questions about what and where we were moving so that their estimate would be accurate. The Consumer Sales Manager then did a virtual walk-through of the house to actually view what was there so that nothing was missed and to confirm the accuracy of their estimate.
Always responsive, the communication was clear and questions were answered quickly.
They made recommendations for packing options and how they would look after some of the more difficult items(Large TV, mirrors, artwork etc.)
The "other guys" only asked how big our house was and based their respective estimates strictly on square footage.
Once handed over to the Relocation Coordinator, again communication was extremely clear and quick.
Follow up by Relocation Coordinator was great, keeping us up-to-date on how things were progressing and re-confirming dates to fit with our schedule.
She would also make sure that we were on target with our packing.(we elected to pack our goods ourselves)
She coordinated the move of our household goods as well as our vehicles ensuring the
car carrier would be there the same day as the moving trailer.
The actual move out crew was very friendly, handled our goods with respect and carefully loaded the trailer.
The truck arrived at our new location exactly when promised and the unloading crew provided the same care and attention putting all our goods into the house, where we wanted them.
We had no damage to any any of our items.
QMM people always did their best to make a cross country move as easy and stress free as possible for us and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent company. This is my second time using them. They took extreme care in packing my breakables and furniture. They were very detail oriented with labeling all the boxes so not to lose anything. Friendly packers and easy to get ahold of the company as needed. Definitely will use them a third time if the need comes again!
From the beginning when I first contacted QMM, right through to delivery two provinces away, all personnel involved were amazingly helpful, considerate, friendly, and professional. They made a difficult move less stressful and I would definitely recommend them. My plants even survived! A big thank you to all!

From the moment I first contacted Bob, to the moment the crew drove away after unloading, QMM was awesome to deal with. Bob is extremely professional and thorough and you can tell he has great integrity. And the crew, led by the amazing Amber, was careful but still efficient. The best moving company I have ever experienced.

The three gentlemen arrived and assessed the house to determine what had to be packed and wrapped for moving and they quickly went to work, each on a different floor. On loading day I was doubly impressed with how well they packed the container, including my motorcycle. They were professional, efficient and courteous and I have already recommended them to friends who are looking to store their household as they rebuild.
From the moment we contacted Quality Move Management to help move my elderly father from Ontario to Manitoba - they have been top notch professionals. From the initial phone call, to quoting (which happened to match the final invoice), arranging for pick up, contact with the driver to arrange drop off, it has been a great experience. The people I was in contact with were all professional, prompt in their responses, friendly, and interested in my move request, even though it was relatively small. Kim Stafford, Tara Schneider, and Myah McDermott were each so helpful and I felt very confident that the art work I was moving from Alberta to Nova Scotia was in very good hands. I was informed in very quick turnaround times of costs, and booking possibilities. I am also happy to report the boxes reached Nova Scotia intact and within the estimated time given. Only one point as a suggestion - the two fellows who arrived to pick up the boxes were very quick, and courteous as well. They had been delayed about two hours, and a phone call about this from them would have been very helpful, as I was actually waiting outside for two hours at the storage unit. When I called about the delay, Myah got right on it, and I was able to go somewhere warm for lunch.

The movers arrived on time and were professional in the entire move.. They didn't waste any time they got right down to moving. They were courteous and all seemed to enjoy their jobs and wanted the customer to have a good move experience. We were very happy with the entire move.

Excellent positive attitude, customer service and support throughout the process, from initial contact and set-up with Tara, coordination and follow-up service setting-up and delivery of the move with Mya, packing/loading/unloading, interaction with Terri (the driver) and both loading/unloading crews in Calgary and Montreal. You are rightfully justified to have the word Quality in your name, as it showed throughout every step of the way throughout the move. I was glad to hear that you can coordinate a move from afar if I were to require one in the future, as I would definitely contact you again, and recommend you to anyone that requires a move as well. The entire process was a fantastic experience and the team of movers in each city that Jeff was able to bring were great and very courteous. If we ever move again, we want to use the same services from QMM and want Jeff as our mover.

My only criticism is that QMM would not come and pick up all of the large wardrobe boxes. While I did recycle these, it seems quite wasteful. I would have dropped them off if presented with this option.
