Excellent positive attitude, customer service and support throughout the process, from initial contact and set-up with Tara, coordination and follow-up service setting-up and delivery of the move with Mya, packing/loading/unloading, interaction with Terri (the driver) and both loading/unloading crews in Calgary and Montreal. You are rightfully justified to have the word Quality in your name, as it showed throughout every step of the way throughout the move. I was glad to hear that you can coordinate a move from afar if I were to require one in the future, as I would definitely contact you again, and recommend you to anyone that requires a move as well. The entire process was a fantastic experience and the team of movers in each city that Jeff was able to bring were great and very courteous. If we ever move again, we want to use the same services from QMM and want Jeff as our mover.

My only criticism is that QMM would not come and pick up all of the large wardrobe boxes. While I did recycle these, it seems quite wasteful. I would have dropped them off if presented with this option.
Timeliness, professionalism and courtesy
This was my first experience using a moving company. Every contact with each staff member was a ‘10’ out of ‘10’. The initial phone contact gave me the right information and put me in touch with Tara. Tara came out and walked through my residence and that of my daughter’s to establish our needs. Estimated the number of boxes we needed exactly! When we went to QMM to pick up the boxes, the staff were awesome. We hadn’t called ahead (recommended so everything is ready upon your arrival) and they put together our order very quickly and helped us load the boxes into our vehicle. On the day of our move, Matthew called when he was leaving the shop.
Matthew, Mike and Rob were a well oiled machine. They were the perfect team working very well together. They worked very quickly, taking great care with our belongings. Our entire move from arrival, on loading, offloading and set up was complete in 5 hours. Thank you! We

I moved from Alberta Canada to Virginia. My experience with QMM was fantastic from beginning to end! The staff was pleasant, prompt and accurate. The movers handled my furniture with care and were extremely kind, efficient and professional. There were no surprises. I highly recommend them and will utilize them again for any future moves!
Right from the quote through to delivery the whole team was professional, courteous and kind. Bob, Zaylen and Doug and his crew all answered my questions quickly and decisively so it was easy for me to make decisions. The crew that moved us into our new home were absolutely excellent! These guys worked so hard! One of the crew said “we’re here to make your life easier” & they certainly did. We honestly felt like we had friends helping us not movers!
Everything went smoothly as planned. The move was well coordinated from start to finish. One item was broken but the claim was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. We have moved several times over the years and this one was the best.
From the detailed in-house estimate given by Tara, to the personable, fast, careful, and thorough work of Matthew, Mike, and Kyle, QMM made our move incredibly easy. We will be sure to recommend QMM to all our friends and family.
Overall 7 out of 10. I liked the personal touch, but why 3 people in the chain instead of just one constant? The upfront price was double everyone else, knowing that most do then raise their prices later. Our agent over promised on the timeline and I had to push and push to get the promised schedule back on track....which they did meet. Original quote was off by 30%, a little high. Movers on both end were polite, professional and on time. No damages, nothing missing.

Nothing damaged
The move was very professional; communication excellent and minor claim handled promptly and satisfactorily.
I thought the crew was good and gave good attention to details, slowing down to take things apart or remove fixtures that could have been broken. They were also pleasant and I felt safe having them with me all day while I was by myself.
A stress free moving experience. The coordinators and movers were very thorough, polite, and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Everything went smoothly, the cost was very reasonable, and my shipped items arrived in perfect condition. What more could anyone ask for from a moving service?
My move was international. The service in Canada was excellent & everything was packed really well. The boxes could have been labelled a bit more descriptive of the insides, but not a huge problem. The affiliated company in the UK (Pickfords) were very disappointing. They only sent a crew of two men who were condescending & not particularly helpful to a single women moving a huge distance. There were over 120 boxes/items plus furniture. I accidentally ticked no unwrapping on the delivery form, which to Pickfords included all the furniture wrapped in bubble wrap & three glass table tops that were secured in heavy wooden crates. Disposing of the bubble wrap was a huge job & I had to get help with the wooden crates. I sent my comments to QMM & Pickfords did try to rectify the problem, although most of the bubble wrap had been removed. They also offered to collect the debris. I waited several days for the crew to collect the debris, but they did not arrive on time, so I had to haul everything outside my property myself (including wardrobe boxes from my upstairs) so they could collect it while I was out. When they did collect it, theyvonly collected half of the debris and have to come back. My experience with Pickfords was not a good one by any means. It appeared that they were trying to delivery a large shipment with a small crew. Plus I didn’t see any of their paperwork & was thankful I brought my packing slips with my from Canada in my luggage. Lastly, they quickly asked me to sign to say no damage and afterwards I noticed they had dented my front door frame slightly.
Excellent service, delivered on time as promised. We were kept up to date about our shipment on a regular basis. Comprehensive information was provided regarding the documentation required for importation, which enabled us to prepare well in advance and to receive our shipment abroad without any hassles to clear customs.
Also, their choice of a receiving company to handle the shipment once it arrived at the destination was excellent. Reliable, quality service at all times, from our house in Canada to delivery in Portugal.

The planning portion of the move was extremely easy to coordinate with QMM - and they were so flexible with all the changes we threw at them until one week before the move. Also, they contacted me a few days before to re-confirm everything and understand how things are going to go the day of the move.
On the day of the move, the crew was AMAZING! they were so on top of everything, nothing got broken and they were really fast - I was very impressed. We will be def using QMM service for our next office move happening early next year.
The workers were very organized and careful with all of our belongings. Very pleased with the overall service from everyone I spoke and dealt with at QMM.
