I had a great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. They communicated really well I loved that they had a texting system that told me everything that was happening and they checked and then I could go in and approve things on my own time. They told me that my car wouldn't be ready until the next day which was quite stressful but then they ended up still having it done by the end of the day which was great! I would definitely go back!

Customer service on the phone and while I was in the office were unparalleled. I only wish they had asked me what type of oil I would like, or talk to me about what kind of battery they were going to replace mine with. I would have preferred full synthetic oil since my car is older and also don't feel the need to have a 10-year battery if the car may only last me on a 5 years.

We run a fleet of 6-8 older vehicles, most are very large trucks. Christian Brothers can always get us in quickly. Once you get the vehicle in to them, it's easy. You get a text message with everything they see that's wrong. From there's it's very easy to approve the work.
