Timely Dan took appointment on Monday. I cancelled. I had not spoken to Josh who transfered to Castle Rock. He let me know Tim was the Manager who would be handled the check in , they have all the vehicle history at Lone Tree, that occurred tuesday. Made the appointment for Wednesday. Tim gave Excellent Customer service & Support!!!! I was treated very professionally!! Great communication & Excellent Technology used on my vehicle to show pictures of detailed work described that needed to be repaired, replaced. I was very impressed on Tim's Explanation of procedures to check at no charge. Very detailed in answer s to question .an estimate was given. I was anticipating $250 or $450 it was $1700 plus, I had saved my rent storage of $200 to possibly pay asked what could this cover...Tim said I'll be right back & went to speak to the owner Steve, when he came back & told me, I thought maybe I didn't hear correctly. I said excuse me can you repeat that again. He did, I was in shock, I felt to fall on the floor in unbelief crying...I had just asked the Lord on Saturday...Lord I just need a break with all that is happening - He WOW'd me through Steve's heart ! A Big Heart of Obedience to God. Yes I believe He (God) will continue to grow both his companies because of the Excellence he runs it like that of Joseph in the Bible. Everything Steve puts his hand to will be blessed! Just as Obed Edom, was blessed at his home, his "Steve's) staff represents him as front line workers & they will also be blessed because of the Spirit of Excellence they handle clients coming into the facility.
