I've been to lots of car places over the years but this experience made it to the top. My car had to be towed and they recommended a towing company that was just as good as they are. They immediately looked at my car and sent me photos and an explanation of what was wrong via text. The text was a signable document and I could select the items I wanted to approve. The car was fixed 2 days earlier than estimated. Everyone was kind, happy, and professional. I just moved to town and will be using them for all my car repair needs.

Don and the guys at CB Lone Tree have taken great care of me and my car over the past few months. I had quite the list of replacement parts and service that needed to be done. The advice they gave was sound and work they did was of high quality. They owned up to an issue that came up during one of the fixes and covered it for me. These guys have integrity and will only provide you with the facts but are not pushy to get things done if you don't want. I never felt pressured into agreeing for them to do anything. I feel that all of the decisions made were my own, although I did consult them for advice and trusted them all the way to completion. And I couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I trust this shop over any others to get the work done in an efficient and honest way.

My car’s diagnostic check indicated my battery had failed - Tim let me know this, but also indicated that another customer had mentioned a class action suit against Subaru regarding batteries- I went on-line and sure enough my car qualified!! Thank you for your honesty and saving me my hard earned money!!

The folks at CB Automotive were very helpful; they took the time to answer my questions and helped me understand what issues my vehicle was having and which of those issues was urgent and which were not. They didn't pressure me to fix items I declined at the time and had my truck up and running ahead of schedule and under budget. They were also willing to work with my schedule to get my truck picked up at my convenience and were patient with me when I followed up on the phone.

Everyone was as pleasant as can be. I didn’t realize how long my alignment would be so the gentleman who checked me in offered to take me back to work. The explanation of how the estimate would be provided via text with photos, and how I could choose what services to authorize was spot on.
I told co-workers how impressed I was with CBA and they all agreed they’ve only had good experiences there too.

I explained there was an issue with my front brakes and their inspection also indicated I needed a new cabin filter. Don looked into the brake issue and found it was covered under warranty.
I am so pleased that the issue has been resolved and that he checked my vehicle history, which saved me money. I am glad for his honesty and will continue doing business with Christian Brothers Automotive.
