I normally don’t leave reviews, but having Ron at Lone Tree Automotive service my vehicle was a 15/10 experience. I called the business multiple times prior to bringing in the vehicle for service and Ron walked me through multiple “DIY” possibilities to weed out what could have been wrong with my vehicle. After spending close to an hour with me across several calls, his demeanor was still ever patient and warm and I welcomed his suggestion to bring in the vehicle for a diagnostic because at that point, truly, it was beyond ‘DIY.’ I had left my vehicle sitting for months after having it replaced and he even helped me get it replaced under warranty free of charge ($300 savings)! Top NOTCH business, felt like I was taking it to a friend, and I had just gotten the vehicle registered so I didn’t even put the plates on yet, they were in the car, and I picked it up and they were installed!! Didn’t even ask they just did it! Have already recommended them to 2 friends and 1 family member! Will only take my vehicles here!

Very pleased with the service I had. First time to this location was able to get in very fast and greeted so kindly . Also very pleased how they present their motto CHRISTIAN! I believe the best part was the Christian music . I think putting out there is what needs to be done in a broken world. No shame and wonderful employees that all had smiles on their faces. Also the atmosphere of the waiting area was phenomenal!! Will be back .
