I had a transmission replaced and a wire was damaged without the technician knowing it had happened. My truck broke down on a Friday night. I had to rent a car for the weekend and have my truck towed to a shop where they temporarily fixed the problem. I returned my truck to CB and the gave me a ride home, replaced the wire on the same day I brought it in, paid for the rental car, and the repair shop bill without any hesitation.Tim Gaston was my contact person and wrote me a check when I picked my truck up. He was a complete, compassionate professional. I will ask for Tom for my future experiences at CB.
