I like the free courteous inspection the report that comes from that inspection and the easy communication on items to be repaired/replaced through the emailed quote.

There is comfort zone when bringing my vehicle to Christian Brothers.

The service was excellent! The largest part of the service I needed might be covered by an extended warranty by the factory, so the technician researched for me the exact bulletin that might cover the problem and then recommended that I take the car to a dealership to have the problem looked into. This is exactly what their motto is, to treat their customers the same way they would want to be treated. This is the exact opposite of greedily taking my money, but instead giving me the knowledge to be educated about my options.

Everything was completely professional.

The work was well done and quick. The price was reasonable. The staff was courteous and informative. The pickup driver was accommodating and sounded like he really enjoyed working with Christian brothers. Overall, the entire experience was as positive as needing your brakes replaced could be.

I liked the vehicle inspection report with pictures of items that needed attention and the brief videos which explained how something should work. I thought that the pricing was competitive with other auto repair shops I’ve used in the past. The waiting room was much nicer than anywhere else I’ve been (other than Mercedes Benz). Cesar did a good job explaining the estimate and the final cost. And I appreciated the fact that everyone seemed to be glad that I chose CBA to do the work on my truck.

Work was done same day, and worked with my warranty. Wiping down the surfaces was a nice touch.

Not going to lie, the work needed on my car was expensive. But after calling another mechanic closer to my home, CBA was more than $1200 cheaper. They were honest, prompt and the communication was top notch. We just moved to the area less than a year ago, and this is where I will take both of my cars from now on.

The whole process is super fast, I was shuttled home after plans changed and I needed to drop off my vehicle. The inspections are always very detailed and have supporting photos. Very friendly staff.
