Very friendly, and professional staff. Spoke with the tech about my oil change and they pointed out another issue with my ABS unit that I should have looked at soon. It indicates that they weren't just doing the oil change, but doing a check on all of the other systems to check their condition. I like that.

My experience with Christian Brothers has always been a great experience, they speak with you with respect and honesty, as a female, single mother, I have no idea about cars and having that person speak with me with respect and take their time to explain things to me, says a lot. I came in to drop off my son's car for an oil change, I had a guy friend tell me there was some things that needed to be done as a up keep on the car within the couple of years of having the car, like the cabin filter needed to be replace and brake system flush. My son had the car for about three years and I know none of that had been done before, I was not surprise when Andrew at Christian Brother's told me but this is where their honesty came in. I was very surprise that they told me that the timing cover was leaking very badly, before we went there for the oil change, we took the car back to Ford Dealership for the oil change, 3 times and the last time was an oil change before going to Christian Brothers a few months ago, not one person ever said about this issue, nothing about the cabin filter or the brake system flush. Andrew could have told me that it was leaking really bad and that it should cost XXX amount of money to get fix, which now I know it was very expensive to get done, Andrew advised that the power train should still be under warranty and that I should call over to the Ford Dealership. I called and it was still under warranty which saved us a lot of money. It's never surprise when a automotive place tell you something needs to be done and it's going to cost thousands of dollars for them to fix but what is surprising is when a automotive place tell you that something is really bad, yes it will cost a lot but to check with the dealership bc it should still be under warranty. Thank you Christian Brothers for running such a Honest place to go to. I will bring all my cars there for services. Great Job, Andrew.

I felt like family with the advice and care you gave!

It was the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. They had a courtesy shuttle to drive me to work and pick me up when my van was done. They communicated every step of the way. They educated me on some maintenance items that could be done but didn't try to oversell me unnecessary work. All their staff and even the owners were beyond friendly.
