The entire viibe of Salt Yoga works seamlessly well. The location is in an upscale shopping center, offering added security and safety. The studio is very focused and clean. There is an air of ambience with the deem lighting and the added music keeps the yoga practitioner fully engaged. The teachers are wonderful and seem to take their craft on another level. I am so very grateful to have stopped in. I’m loving the strength and sweat classes, as I am toning up. I highly recommend Salt Yoga

I always felt intimidated by Salt as I thought everyone who went there was a fitness instructor or yoga guru or just plain above me. I have made life lasting friendships by having the courage to try something new (at a new, much cooler place). All it took was getting out of the car and walking through the door. Haven’t looked back since. And I have never felt judged or incapable. My love for Salt runs deep!
