It was really a great experience for my first time going to a class at SALT. The instructor was nice and the session was AMAZING. I loved the atmosphere and just the look of the place. Very inviting and calming and peaceful.
Beautiful studio, with some very talented and passionate instructors who will accept any student and provide an environment where they can learn and practice to thier capacity. Salt feels like my safe space. I can virtually leave my troubles at the door and choose whether to take them with me when I go. I can often leave them behind after being in the space of genuine warmth and goodness. I am talking about more than the temperature of the heated room. Salt Yoga, including the owner, teachers, and fellow practitioners, is extraordinary.
Not only will you get great workout, you’ll meet some wonderful people!
The studio was well maintained and coordinated. The instructor, Taylor, was upbeat and made the practice lively and challenging! I was in town for my niece’s wedding, so I’m not in Tulsa often, but my niece gave me a couple of studios and I chose SALT because of the ‘hot’ practice. Thank you for the energetic practice!!

I've been to a few classes. The instructors are awesome. The space and equipment are clean! The price isn't too high and the instruction so far is really well orchestrated. I'm very satisfied and I'll be completing your Thirty challenge!
SALT has amazing facilities, incredible instructors, tons of classes to fit my busy schedule, and the best community in town. There’s no better place for yoga in Tulsa!
