The instructors are incredible. They are all friendly and welcoming before the class, helpful and encouraging during class and while the class tapers off and comes to a close, you're left feeling strong and uplifted.

its clean, its hot, friendly, they know my name... I have noticed that I need to change teachers or I end up with certain muscle groups that are stronger than others. I have horrible abs. I think a lot of teachers skip abs because nobody likes intense ab work. That's probably the thing that I need the most.
