It was my first time doing yoga at a yoga specific studio. I liked that it was a different experience than a full gym. I also enjoyed being encouraged to close my eyes, it really made a difference.
Great studio! I was in town for 3 days for a conference and loved your $10 for 10 days deal. I was able to go twice with both Whitney and Rachel. Whitney was great! Loved her flow and loved the baby grasshopper arm balance. Rachel was also wonderful but it was difficult! Loved her playlist!! The tough part was the heat since I am used to a cooler studio but I appreciated getting the good sweat! Thank you for supplying free mats, towels and water! For a traveler like me, that was so great!

I love Whitney Walrath's classes - so empowering and uplifting! The music with the poses make for an intense and amazing workout.
The instructors are kind and offer modifications on various poses. The lighting is very relaxing, and the classes make one feel accomplished and at peace with their practice.
A very comfortable and convienent studio. As you know, part of a yoga practice is silence. When I have taken classes I have been annoyed by some of the guests not honoring the silence before class begins. In addition, the music is too loud and it is very difficult to hear the instructor.
I love Holy Yoga. The chance to meditate on the Lord while doing yoga is so refreshing. I highly recommend it to others whenever I can.
I absolutely love your Holy Yoga classes! I appreciate the unique way of ministering to a wide demographic. SALT classes have inspired me to get my HYT!!

Whitney Walrath is probably one of the finest Yoga instructors out there. I love her approach and her skill. The group atmosphere is nice and the heat is hot!

I love how flexible everything is, accommodations are always offered, and Keri Edwards always helps out instead of narrating beside you how to fix it when I’m already sweating and struggling! It feels like Ike such an intimate class, even when it’s full!

Both SALT studios are welcoming places that always provide a very challenging and fun yoga practice. The instructors are very knowledgeable in their art...I love SALT...Keri, Ana, Veronica are always encouraging you to do your best (in life and on the mat)!!!

Sesa is a straight baller... yoga instruction has become second nature to her and it shows in her class attendance. Also, the studio is always super clean and inviting. I want to be showered by the shavasana spray every day for the rest of my existence.

For someone who has only practiced yoga a few times, it was the best yoga class experience I have ever had. Instructor Meghan was the difference. Slowed things down and took us through movements that were challenging, yet doable and enjoyable.
The instructors are genuine and each have their own unique flow and vibes. I don’t go as often as I’d like, but when I do, I’m greeted as a long lost acquaintance. Kris even gave me a hug and then said she forgot my name. It made me smile to be remembered, and her asking my name seemed like she was genuinely connecting with me. Also, and KERI, she kicks my butt every time but with a positive energy that and encouragement that leaves me feeling revitalized inside and out.

I love practicing at SALT. The instructors are amazing. They are knowledgeable and they care about helping you grow. I get so much out of the variety of teaching styles and teacher personalities.
