How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The quality of the cleaning seems good some weeks and not so good other weeks.
I haven't had a chance to call about this, but I'd like to know what products you use on the ceramic top of stoves and on the stainless appliances. The finish on the handle of my stove (stainless) seems to be ruined.
I like your service because I work so much and it's convenient, but sometimes the kitchen floor isn't cleaned well and it should be done every cleaning (in case you only consider it a "special attention" detail. And the paper left behind isn't clear about what the current cleaning "special attention" area was.

What could we do to improve?

I was extremely unhappy with the first time a team came to my home. It was supposed to be the "deep clean" and it was not. The following week a new team came back....Brenda and Jody....just wonderful. If I could be assured that Brenda and Jody would work in my house every time...I would definitely stay with the Merry Maids. I do not want a different team each time.

What could we do to improve?

Merry maid Christina came today and she did a good job!! If I didn't rush her, she would have done better. But, that's my fault, not hers.. Also, I would very much like to have a set time when Merry Maids come to my house. She said that she would run this by Lino. I would prefer 9 AM.

We also had a little talk on as to when to swiffer and to vacuum the rugs. I believe swiffer/mop FIRST and then vacuum SECOND. All in all Christina is a KEEPER. May I request her next visit? Thank you. Name removed

lately, the attention to detail has been lacking. This past Thursday (Jan. 26), the cleaners left the master shower dirty -- looks like the faucet was shined and that is it. The tile walls still had a film and hair on them and the white tile floor had footprints. very disappointed and thinking about finding new cleaners.

The house looked so much better after the deep clean. The ONLY issue I had was I specifically asked that the cleaning be done after 3pm and the ladies were here late morning. It is important going forward that the crew be here at the earliest, 2pm.

Dusting was the main issue. Back splash ledge were not cleaned in the bathroom or kitchen. Also picture frames and desk had dust left on them.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Just wanted to do a follow-up with you regarding the recent services provided by Merry Maids. Not sure if Limo updated you after my conversations with him. To say the least, I was more than disappointed with the services. Merry Maids was highly recommended by people I know who have used the service before. I was under the impression from our conversation that the following was including the $480 price:

all kitchen cabinets cleaned inside and out-not done on 1st visit-only those that I left open done on 2nd visit.

bathroom walls cleaned-not done on 1st visit-done on 2nd visit

walls washed down in all rooms-we even had discussion about whether or not you had a product to use on the kitchen wallpaper-no walls done anywhere

stove and refrigerator cleaned-not done on first visit-done on 2nd visit

5 windows in kitchen-washed on 1st visit-windows only, no woodwork/window frames cleaned on 1st visit-not cleaned on 2nd visit

light fixtures-you had said they would clean/wash the globes-none done-still have cobwebs seen on your visit

When I did the first walk through on Friday-yes the windows were all cleaned, except for the ones mentioned above. All carpet was vacuumed, woodwork cleaned, hardwood floor in bedroom was washed, bathroom floor washed and kitchen floor somewhat washed.

I spent my time today cleaning everything above that was not done. I feel as though I severely overpaid to have windows and floors cleaned. Not a happy customer!

Kevin is dedicated to doing his job well - He is generally prompt and does the job.

I would like to get the cleaning schedule for 1012 so that I can plan accordingly. I have called a couple of times but to no avail.

What could we do to improve?

The women that have cleaned my home have been very nice and professional. They work efficiently and have always been friendly and happy as they work. The cleaning has been good. My only comment and question is with the floor cleaning. I see them vacuuming but I have not felt that the floors have been scrubbed. I do not see any bucket or mop. I feel like the floors have been "wiped" but not really cleaned.

Consistent people. Some are much better than others. I have requested specific people in the past however that doesn't seem to hold any weight as I still get different people week to week.

I find areas ex:( under edge of rugs, mirrors, rungs of chairs & window sills ) still not clean.

Bathroom tile & light fixture could be attended to also.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Cleaner was pleasant and walked me through finished house. On the surface, things looked good. However, later, when I had time to check all the details, several things had been overlooked. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning to prepare for sale of house. However, the top of fridge had not been done, windowsil in office still had dead mosquitoes on it, leaving me to think it had not been dusted. Though area rug in office had been vacuumed, the wood floor around it was still dirty. A coin that had been on an area rug was still there, leaving me to think that it had not been vacuumed, under bed did not look like it had been done. A vent I specifically asked to be cleaned was overlooked. I was suspicious when the company sent one person to do this "deep cleaning" and even more so when it was completed in two hours. On a positive note, the tub, bathroom floor, and light fixtures were visibly cleaned. I think the service would be ok for a house with an excess of dirt, but definitely not a service I would want on a regular basis...would be cheaper to hire a babysitter for a few hours and do it myself, I am not looking for a "fix" just want company to be a little more honest about what a "deep cleaning" really is.

The major reason I like Merry Maids services is that I can customize my home's cleaning needs and know they will be taken care of. Merry Maids is a very professional service and I have recommended them to friends and family.

I guess they get the job done, but to be honest...sometimes I think they come in sweep the floor, make the bed and throw a sheet of paper on the table to prove they were there and leave.
