My home is always so clean and fresh smelling!

I DID already respond to this survey. I like the way the Merry Maids administrative team responds to my various requests, the way its cleaners come on time and (when I am home) are both amiable in brief conversation and ready to go to work immediately, I like the job of cleaning they do.

Full attention to detail is still not there. This past week, my carpeted stairs were not vacuumed. The wood on the sides was done but not cleaned between the staircase spindles. I don’t know why. Other aspects were done well. However, the cleaning itself was not 100%. I do get frustrated.

I always enjoy Nancy doing my cleaning! She does a great job and I am also happy to learn that your new products attack 99+% of germs especially in this infectious time.

The cleaning crew does a nice job cleaning the house and responding to feedback, and requests. Patti and team did a great job last cleaning!

There is unevenness in the quality of cleaning by MM staff, and the same staff are not assigned to me each time, so I feel like I need to be present to check that the work is thorough enough. About half the time, one MM's cleaning is not thorough, incomplete, or missed.

Great service

There was a closet and several drawers and cabinets that were not cleaned. The freezer also was not cleaned. I spent over $400 for a deep cleaning and had to go back in and clean cabinets and sweep hardwood floors.

Nancy and Therasa are very good, they do a excellent job.
