Tara and Brandy worked hard to get my home back in order. They were very willing To go extra lengths to achieve goal. The products used worked. Period. I was particularly impressed with potion used on shower tile and also lemon oil on some pieces of furniture.

I like it all, especially that they ask before using scented items. I just prefer "no smells" as in air freshner etc. They come in and do a fantastic job--so much better and faster than I could or would do.

The girls were amazing, had great personalities, were very friendly and and did an great job. I loved their attention to detail.

The products clean well. I like that you got rid of the cinnamon smell - at least in my house! The ladies who clean are very pleasant and professional, and the office personnel are always helpful. Good job all around!
My preference on timing is first thing in the morning whenever possible.

Staff come about the same time every week, and they do a great job. My home does not smell like bleach or chemicals.

We have had MM for over a year and when we are not here the cleaners have always just turned the door handle and came in and cleaned! We have full confidence in Merry Maids and know that you are bonded! We are still very displeased that the crew "found the door locked" and didn't clean! Had they turned the knob AND PUSH IT OPEN - it would have opened and they could have done their job! As a result we had a dirty house for 4 weeks! Last Friday crew was very good and we like their work. But please make a note in our file that the only time the door is locked is when we are out of town and we will have informed your office of that fact! Fresh scented products but not overpowering. The personnel are friendly and very accommodating to our needs. If there is a problem they will make it right at our convenience. I am pleased I chose this company and would be happy to recommend them.
