Merry Maids do a fabulous job of cleaning our home. They pay attention to ceiling fans and window blinds. During their most recent visit I had to leave the house for a medical emergency and the girls continued working, doing an exceptional job. When I returned it was to find an immaculately clean house. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone looking for support in keeping their home clean.

Sam is the Team Lead we have come to respect and have requested her services as a constant, now in our 3rd year of service with Merry Maids. We know that you have a high turnover rate, mostly why we have always requested Sam at our home, who consistently maintains a high standard, regardless of who her.junior mentor is. We give a monetary tip to Sam before each Christmas to show how much we appreciate her, regardless of how weak our own financial situation is. I have bad back issues and receive physical therapy for both my back and knees so I do have some physical constraints; nothing to do with wealth. We hope that you can greatly reward senior and loyal employees like Sam and Phyllis, not just for the sake of training and continuity.....but also provide insurance, disability, and long.term advancement opportunities. If Merry Maids invests in the long term loyalty of their great employees, they will also keep a faithful customer base. I assure that if Sam leaves, I will look elsewhere. Services are very expensive and a little more than what we can pay; but if Sam stays we remain a client. If she goes, we will also.
