Like the clean cinnamon smell when I open the door arriving home on cleaning day.

As I respond to this e-mail the ladies are cleaning my house today for the second week in a row. I did not realize that lining up help would be difficult but the first business contacted did not respond and the second contact replied that the wait list was March/April. This was a week and a half before scheduled surgery. The MM representative came to my house and gave me a rate schedule and a time schedule which was very flexible and doable for me and my husband. The same crew came today that came last week. They are prompt, businesslike and very thorough. I would be more than happy to recommend Merry Maids. I might add that my household also consists of 4 cats and one dog and these ladies are not daunted by pet hair.

I expected a lot from Merry Maids, based on what I had heard from friends and colleagues, but they have far exceeded my goals and expectations with their pace, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor. I have developed a great relationship with my Merry Maid and she is constantly cleaning while she is here and we chat and truly enjoy each other's company. I joke with her that she is constantly whisking by me doing something. She makes all of the work look completely effortless. While she is here she is constantly cleaning, but truly makes it look effortless. And she leaves the house spotless. Definitely 10 stars out of 10 for Merry Maids!

I love the way you fold the toilet paper! Makes me feel like I'm in a luxury hotel. I love the cinnamon scent you spritz in the air. The house smells so fresh when I return. I like that if I want you to use a special product on my floors, I can leave it out for you (you don't insist on using all your own products). I like that I can change my cleaning date to accommodate a special occasion if I call you and arrange it in advance. I have used Merry Maids in 3 different homes in 2 different states over the course of 28 years!! I'm a happy customer.
