Your Merry Maids know what to do and are very pleasant and helpful when you make a request. It's really convenient that they bring their own supplies and equipment. This saves us much time and effort!

In general I like your services and products very much. Occasionally there has been a scheduling problem with a team not completing the cleaning in time (as agreed) before I returned to the residence. I was not notified of this scheduling issue and found the team at a much later time trying to complete the work with less time to do so. I was not very happy with this situation. More recently I have been very satisfied with the team assigned to my residence. Thank you.

I like the cleaning of the wood floors the most.

I have been so happy that the majority of the time I have the same person assigned to clean my house. And I am very pleased with how well and efficiently she cleans and how she smiles when she arrives and is still smiling when she leaves.

I also appreciate that when I call the office with a request to reschedule, I am greeted professionally and my request is treated like it is not an imposition.

The service is reliable and high quality. I have been using Merry Maids for several years and they have never missed a scheduled visit. I like that the cleaning products do not have a strong odor.

I like the products. They clean well and smell good.
The staff are excellent. They clean efficiently and fast but most of all they are always smiling, always ready to please.
One thing I prefer when it is possible is to be done first thing in the morning.

Love the products used. Love all the Maids who have cleaned. I thought Janet and Deborah were the best and then Christine and Sandy came. They were even better. Can’t wait to see them again. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Most of the products clean quite well, especially the wood floor cleaner.

However, the cleaner used in the shower doesn't seem to clean mildew well. The whole house does not have that "just cleaned" smell which is a small note and not a big concern.

The crew is consistently punctual, cordial and they get along well with our dogs.

I love coming home to a clean house. I love the cinnamon smell as I enter. Products used are great. Cleaned up a nasty mess in my kitchen; nothing I had tried worked.

The service providers we're courteiys and professional. The products are wonderful, work well and leave no harsh chemical smells in the house.

I love all the ladies who come to clean. They work really hard and always do an excellent job. I also love the lemon oil they wipe the baseboards with. It leaves the whole house smelling wonderful.
