The only reason I don't give this a 10 is because of the price. I recommend Merry Maids and get asked about prices and most of the time the people I'm talking to say too expensive. No matter how good of a job that is done.

There have been a few times that the clean hasn't been as good as expected but once I talk to the office, the issues are relayed to the crew and they fix them.

Consistency of the cleaning process.

I have been very happy except for the last cleaning. The vacuuming was sub optimal and porch chairs were not wiped off.

There were two small problems this week. The bathroom sink was not cleaned around the drain and my cord for charging my phone is missing.

I appreciate the thorough cleaning and attention to detail and placement of items in their proper places. I am not so aware of what kind of products are used in my home. But from appearances, they are non-toxic and free from allergens, which I appreciate.
