I have the same team coming to my home each time which makes a huge difference ! They do a great job and they are getting to know me and my home . The cleaning products they are using seem to be cleaning very well. When I come home after they have been here the house smells clean which is important to me .

I k ow my place always lioms great when you all have been here. The also have no problems with my dog.

I don't know much about the products used but the service is good. I the cleaning person has missed something or I need something special done they usually take care of it. If I didn't like what they do I woudn't have them come back and they have been cleaning for me for at least 9 months now.

Your Merry Maids know what to do and are very pleasant and helpful when you make a request. It's really convenient that they bring their own supplies and equipment. This saves us much time and effort!

In general I like your services and products very much. Occasionally there has been a scheduling problem with a team not completing the cleaning in time (as agreed) before I returned to the residence. I was not notified of this scheduling issue and found the team at a much later time trying to complete the work with less time to do so. I was not very happy with this situation. More recently I have been very satisfied with the team assigned to my residence. Thank you.

Recommend when new people come to home they ask before introducing scent to cleaning products as homeowner health issue(s) may be a concern.

I have been so happy that the majority of the time I have the same person assigned to clean my house. And I am very pleased with how well and efficiently she cleans and how she smiles when she arrives and is still smiling when she leaves.

I also appreciate that when I call the office with a request to reschedule, I am greeted professionally and my request is treated like it is not an imposition.
