They work either as a single cleaner or as a team of two. They are friendly and cheerful, quick and thorough. They always respond positively to requests for special attention to a particular area of the home. I am satisfied with the results of each cleaning -- and have the opportunity to express concern afterward via an e-mail evaluation system.
