The SpeedPro team is helpful by listening to what my application for signage is and provides best options.
Other shops are content with any purchase even if the sign will not last. SpeedPro is watching out for me by providing exactly what I will need for the length of the job if possible.
Taylor is very easy to work with and always provides a proof before printing so I can visualize the sign or stickers or SDS book etc. This allows changes if necessary and a choice of options as available.

One of the things that stand out with this SpeedPro location is their dedication to quality and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I've worked with other locations in the past but at times quality has been sacrificed on occasion to just get the job done and out the door. This Irving location has never let us down. They care about quality, they have worked with us on some outrageous timelines, and they've pulled through each time. I can't say enough good things about the location and its people.

Not a great experience, 3 reason I was not happy about: 1) Cost was excessively high compared to other, 2) this office charged taxes of Pennsylvania, but the install was made in Washington state, 3) a big box with printed decals arrived at my location and I had to take them myself to the installer, and 4) The office manager was unable to help even after contacting their local office in WA state to resolve the above on behalf of the customer. You can make this right by charging the fair competitive amount, charge taxes properly and not involving the customer in their logistics.
