Not only are their products of the highest quality (we have purchased several vehicle wraps and fabric backwalls), their design services and installation team are top notch. Jon Graber was fantastic to work with. However, the installation of our banner was very poor. It was not pulled as tight as it could've been, causing it to be very sagged. It also was extremely wrinkled. Your person who installed the banner left without telling anyone he was done, so we could not give feedback on the installation. There was not enough time once we noticed the poor installation to have someone come back, so we had to go up there ourselves and steam the banner to make it look remotely presentable. We thank Jon for everything he did to get us set up, but are very disappointed in the quality we received.
I’m very pleased either way the communication and the product this company offers.
