I had the pleasure of working directly with Keith Boisner at SpeedPro Burnsville, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Keith was incredibly easy to get in touch with—always quick to respond and genuinely easy to work with. He took the time to help me select the best materials for our custom labels, ensuring they were exactly what we needed.
Despite having an incredibly tight deadline, Keith managed to meet our rush order not once, but twice, which was a huge relief. He also went above and beyond by delivering the finished labels directly to our office at no extra charge, which made the entire process even more convenient.
The price was reasonable, especially considering the express service and custom sizing we required. And as for the quality, it was exactly as promised—everything looked great..
I’ll definitely be returning to SpeedPro Burnsville for all of our label needs in the future, and I’m eager to explore some of their other services as well. I highly recommend Keith and his team to anyone in need of high-quality printing with exceptional customer service.

While working with Michelle pre-event was great, the installation of our job was below our expectations, to say the least. We expected the install team to arrive at 9:30am, but was informed that they'd be coming at 11:30am, but they didn't show up until 1:30pm. We expected a 3-4 hour install, but the install took over 12 hours. The team size was insufficient, one team member had to leave at 8:00pm, leaving our team to help the one remaining team member with the installation of all the stage backdrops.
It seemed like there was no plan to installation. We had to advise the SpeedPro team on how to logically put the backdrop together before installing. It didn't seem like he had enough of the double sided tape he was using for the backdrop construction, and things weren't measured properly before the pieces were on site. Pieces were constructed but then deemed too heavy to stand alone, so we had to find alternative ways to put the final backdrop together.
We requested a last minute re-print, which we were told could be accommodated, however it wasn't done. We would have liked more honesty that the project could not be accommodated due to the short turnaround time and we could have found an alternative solution.
So far I am happy with the way they have worked with me. If there is anything in the future, I will let you know.
