I cannot say enough good things about Gary Chin and the entire team at SpeedPro Piscataway. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would.
I recently needed a new storefront sign for my business, and Gary went above and beyond from the very beginning. He didn't just take an order and print a sign—he took ownership of the entire project and made sure everything was handled correctly from start to finish.
Gary worked with me on the design, involved his graphic designer to make sure everything looked professional, handled the printing and production of the actual sign, and coordinated a separate company to remove the old storefront sign and install the new one. He even personally delivered the finished sign himself.
Opening a retail store involves a tremendous number of details, decisions, and moving parts, and having someone like Gary handle this part of the project made a huge difference. His communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile were exceptional. I always felt like he genuinely cared about how the finished sign would look and about making sure I was happy with the result.
It is becoming increasingly rare to find this level of personal service from a business. Gary treated my project as if it were his own business he was helping to open, and that meant a lot to me.
