The process from start to finish was a dream. My "request for quote" process on their website was responded to via email and phone immediately by their Account Manager, which I have never experienced with other vendors/companies. They were extremely thorough, FAST, and installed the product within 5 days of first contact. And, the final product is exactly what we wanted - turned out perfect!
My contact Will was excellent in communication and taking on our business from our previous contact on the East Side of Cleveland. They were able to suggest a type of banner material that would work for over the winter, and it printed great! Excited to continue our relationship with Speedpro West!
Overall an excellent experience and high quality product! Communication could be a little quicker -- it took a little while to get quotes, info, etc. But that wasn't really a problem overall and the product was produced quickly in time for my deadline.

We would have benefited from a more thorough consultation on the design of the decals. We were never asked (and didn’t think to provide) what color the vehicle was that the decals were going on and ended up with all green wording that doesn’t stand out very well on our tan truck. With this being our first time having decals put on our vehicles we didn’t have the awareness to take that into consideration and would have chosen a different color if we knew what it was going to look like. Another small issue is one of the letters doesn’t have the inside of the “e” removed.
