The communication could be improved. While trying to schedule the installation, I had to send a follow-up email after not hearing back for four business days.
I was told that installation might be accomplished same day, but it might carry over to the next day and that I would be contacted with an update. I had to call in at 4:30pm trying to figure out if I needed to come that evening or the next day. I was told they needed it overnight and that they’d call me when it was ready. Then when it was ready, I got an email, not a call. Luckily I check my email frequently and received the message quickly.
The quality of the work and price point were great. Just a bit more open communication would’ve meant a lot to me.

Yes, I placed my order with Tammy and asked how soon I could expecet the signs to be produced, She said they were busy and it may be about a week for completion. To my surprised tyhey were completed in 3 days, due to material she was waiting for and she placed my job in the opening and they were done sooner.
